Delivery

We strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible and to get your purchases safely to you in good time. To this end we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Click & collect — Free

Click and collect orders will be available to collect within one to two days, we will email or phone you when it is ready.

Standard UK — £5.00 (Free on orders over £30.00)

Standard UK delivery costs £5 per order, whether for one parcel or more. Please allow 5-7 working days for the goods to arrive.

We know that sometimes here may be an urgent need for delivery, especially at certain times of year. If you require immediate delivery on any of our items please contact us and we will endeavour to get the goods to you as quickly as we can.

We are unable to accept liability for any instructions given to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a particular location such as with a neighbour or in a garage, we are unable to accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days by our carriers, and that during peak times such as Christmas deliveries may take longer than usual, despite our best efforts.

Stock is coming in to us all of the time, and if an item is out of stock but due to arrive shortly we will contact you to see if you wish to wait, or to cancel the order.

Returns

We hope that you love your new purchases. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you can return them to us for a refund or exchange, provided that you notify us and return them within 14 days.

To receive a refund or exchange, the returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
