Exciting changes to the Café!
So far, the top part of the café has been refurbished using soft shades of blue. Pretty, rustic tables (handmade by ourselves) and mismatched chairs painted with Vintage Paint, benches in chic grey velvet and smart new blinds. Oh, and gorgeous, new speckled duck-egg crockery!
The main change will happen in mid-April when we put new floors, lighting, seating and tables into the lower area and make alterations to the counter and kitchen. For a few days, whilst these works are underway, we will be operating out of the top part of the café only.
Once complete we will improve our service system to one where you find a table, place your order at the till then have food and drinks brought to you for a more relaxing experience.
All of your favourite dishes will remain on the menu, but we hope to add on some seasonal specials as well as some brunch and afternoon teas.
Everything we do is to improve your experience of The Bottle Kiln and we are certain that we will have a better, more attractive and more flexible space at the end of it. We love to get your feedback so do let us know of any ideas or issues that may arise in the meantime. It is a work in progress but in the end, we hope, an exciting change.
