Cheers! Wine is now on our menu

Sometimes, we rather like a glass of wine when we go out for a meal, so earlier this year, after many enquiries from customers, we decided to get our alcohol license.

We've had some fun over the last month or two, tasting some fabulous wines and choosing the perfect selection to compliment our dishes and offer the perfect pairings. We're starting with a modest but excellent selection of three wines to enhance your dining experience with us and, from the 1st December, we'll be serving the following specially chosen wines.

White Wine

Pinot Gris, Villa Wolf, Pfalz, Germany.
Fresh, lovely lemon aroma, honeyed stone fruit on the palate with a satisfying, crisp finish.
Comes to life with our quiche and salad.

Sauvignon Blanc, C. J. Pask, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
Aromatic and refreshing. Packed with gooseberry fruit and herbaceous character.
Great solo or partnered with a platter.

Red Wine

Minervois, Racine, Bruno Lafon & Francois Chamboissier, Languedoc, France.
Light to medium bodied. Red and dark berries with subtle vanilla and spice.
Partners well with a meaty quiche and salad.

3.50 per 125ml glass
4.95 per 175ml glass
